Refund policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy, so if you decide that your item ordered from us is not what you wanted after you received it, we offer a store credit if it is returned within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you. 

We do not offer refunds or free shipping on returns.

To be eligible for return, item(s) must be:

•         Returned within the 15-days of delivery date
•         Must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
•         NOTE: We do not offer returns on custom orders

Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process once the item has been received by us.  Your item will be carefully inspected for use, or damage, and we reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not pass our inspection.  Store credit for purchase price, less shipping, will be issued if return is accepted. 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your item to Bonanza Bag Co. and we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.  We cannot offer a credit if we do not receive the item.
